We are thrilled to announce that BUSH HOUSE CARE HOME IS NOW A REGISTERED TRAINING CENTRE!
This marks a significant step forward in our commitment to providing exceptional care by ensuring our team receives the highest standard of training and professional development.
As part of this exciting transition, our Deputy Manager, Kyle, who is a qualified assessor, has taken on a new role within the company as Deputy Manager/Practice Development Facilitator. In this role, Kyle will be leading our in-person training programmes, supporting our team through 1-to-1 development meetings, reflective practice sessions, and advanced hands-on training tailored to individual roles.
Moving forward, Bush House will NO LONGER be providing online training. Instead, we are fully embracing a comprehensive, in-person training programme designed to support continuous development and career progression. This will enable our team to enhance care provision and provide the best possible support to our residents.
As part of this initiative, we will soon be offering training sessions to the families of our residents, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the challenges their loved ones face and empowering them with the knowledge and skills to support them. Additionally, we will expand our training services to the wider community and other care providers in the near future.
Our training programme is fully compliant with certification requirements and registered with the training board. We are proud to offer 27 fully in-person taught courses, covering essential topics such as:
